Overview

Our wellbeing team develops, delivers, and evaluates health and wellbeing strategies for Concentrix Trust & Safety teams. We strengthen positive mental and physical health and support a healthy culture across the organization. The Wellbeing Professional coordinates and delivers wellbeing programs and engagement activities, promoting access to wellbeing services. You will collaborate closely with the clinical wellbeing team, delivery team, and support teams to continuously improve a robust wellbeing program. Because this is Trust & Safety, you’ll work with people regularly exposed to harmful content, including hate speech, violence, child safety issues, depictions of harm to self or others, and harm to animals.
