**Purpose Statement**:To perform engineering design services and other related product development and/or product commercialization services.

**Key Job Accountabilities**:
- Is visible and recognized in all Design Centers as a master of their engineering discipline; and/or is visible and recognized in all Design Centers as a cross-discipline product development leader.
- Serves as a technical and/or project team lead, providing technical guidance and motivation for teams, controlling scope, schedule, budget and ensuring overall technical success on sizeable projects as determined by region.
- Achieves in all phases of the full product realization process, as it applies to their role & location.
