Responsibilities
- Proposes, negotiates and coordinates activations/activities aligned with the marketing & sales team.
- Coordinates resources to ensure correct field execution, with the aim of increasing takeaway and prominence of our brands aligned to the Trade Mkt plan.
- Ensures the successful execution of trade marketing plans, including loyalty programs, visibility initiatives, POSM, brand activations, events and sales force contests to increase product takeaway.
- Manages and controls the trade marketing budget using internal systems, ensuring alignment with the annual company strategy.
- Assists in planning the trade marketing calendar and negotiates with suppliers to secure the best materials and costs.
- Conducts training for the sales force on product launches, tasting protocols, and other shopper marketing activities.
