**Role Description**:
Is in charge to contribute for the accomplishment business line profitable growth stablished in annual budget, following his/her behavior according with AIG values taking in account “how”, participate as an actively team worker with their colleagues and other teams to achieve the goal according with AIG guidelines and UW discipline, participate and promote business strategy through internal and external clients, attending and solving different requests which involves UW attention into responsibilities or authority for daily operation
Must be maintain effective and cordial communication to build a satisfactory relationship with all members of AIG and producers, collaborate with other teams in projects, trainings, visits to improve operational efficiency and promote AIG strategy.
