Job Description

**Your role:**
+ Ensuring that all customers are satisfied while meeting or exceeding our business targets.
+ Handling all inquiries (pre- and post-sales, financial, complaints, non-technical questions or simple technical questions) regarding Philips products and services.
+ Receiving, logging, solving and routing requests and issues coming in from all Customer channels and communicates solutions
+ Providing service solutions by creating service work orders and informing the customer the service status
+ Handling complaints from all customer, subscribers, family members and caregivers in a professional manner (analysis, registration and timely escalation).
+ Provide Time & Material quote to customer where the service requested and is not covered by warranty or contract, and enable service delivery process when quote is accepted by customer.
+ Sends Time (labour hours) & Material (spare part) quotations to all customers in Gulf & Levant region
