The Opportunity
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Staff Accountant will manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and cash management functions and support financial reporting.
What You’ll Be Doing
Accounts Receivable
- Reconcile receivables by brokers and follow up on any differences
- Process receipts (EFTs, cheques and ClearPay) into the accounting module
- Prepare bank deposits
- Maintain broker account records and ensure accuracy of monthly broker statements
Accounts Payable
- Assist with finance controls surrounding payments
