Cross-Product Experience Strategy
- Develop and execute a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Clio's shared experiences: global navigation, global search, and the connective tissue between Manage, Grow, Draft, and other Clio products.
- Define what great looks like for a unified Clio experience and build the case for prioritization across stakeholders and product teams.
- Use customer research, efficiency metrics, and satisfaction data to identify the highest‑impact opportunities, and then go build them.
- Work cross‑functionally with product managers, engineers, designers, and go‑to‑market partners to deliver experiences that feel cohesive and effortless to users.
Product Development and Lifecycle Management
- Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap through launch and iteration for shared user‑facing experiences.
