As State Service Supervisor, you will:
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact for Helpdesk and spare parts queries.
• Provide technical advice and support for service kits and PMAs.
• Coordinate service delivery, breakdown support, and warranty resolutions.
• Identify opportunities for customer training and service agreements.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events.
