The Store Manager is responsible for assuming full control and accountability for the entire operation, including employee relations, retail operations, meeting financial benchmarks, maintaining merchandising standards throughout the store, and maintenance of the physical plant.
Applicants must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment while providing quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
Minimum Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in the capacity of Assistant Store Manager.
