Store Manager
Reports to District Manager and leads the day‑to‑day operations of a single store to achieve sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory control, brand representation, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day operations and manage sales, inventory, and visual merchandising.
- Coach and develop sales staff, ensuring consistent brand representation, customer interaction, and store visuals.
- Champion a People First culture, promoting diversity, inclusion, and life‑time customer relationships.
- Lead the execution of corporate initiatives, marketing, and competitive analysis.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and integrity, setting a positive example for staff.
- Drive exceptional customer experience through training, outreach, and clear performance expectations.
- Analyze sales projections, develop strategies, and track progress toward sales and quota targets.
