- Communicate with customers and evaluate their needs and specifications for mirrors, shower doors, glass railings, closet organizers, and custom glass projects.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
- Conduct market research to gather knowledge about customer requirements and prevailing trends in glass products and closet organization solutions.
- Develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Monitor retail operating costs, budgets, and other financial matters.
