1. Ensure On-Time Delivery to International / local Customers
- Overseas/local customers have strict delivery schedules and contractual commitments.
- An experienced supervisor can effectively coordinate picking, packing, documentation, and shipment schedules to minimize delays and maintain customer satisfaction.
2. Improve Export Compliance and Documentation Accuracy
- International shipments as well as local shipments require accurate export documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and customs-related documents.
- Experienced supervision reduces the risk of customs delays/discrepancies, shipment holds, penalties, and additional unnecessary freight costs resulting from documentation errors that might occur.
