Job Description
Enhance business processes with the Saskatchewan Workers' Compensation Board as a Strategic Improvement Specialist in Regina or Saskatoon. Provide coaching and training to ensure continuous improvement across the organization.
This temporary role, lasting until December 2027, involves close collaboration with project teams to analyze and document business processes. As a specialist, you'll guide improvement efforts while maintaining CPI infrastructure and documenting processes. Your contribution will foster a culture of continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop tracking tools for corporate progress
• Manage CPI tools and documentation repository
• Project manage visioning and improvement events
• Analyze service delivery data (KPI’s)
• Coach leaders in daily management and CPI processes
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Five years in a complex business environment
