Strategic Partner Development Principal Lead, RCS for Business GTM (English, German)

**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or corporate development within the technology or telecommunications sectors.
+ Experience managing multi-stakeholder commercial negotiations and structuring partner agreements.
+ Ability to communicate in English and German fluently in this partner-facing role.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience mentoring, coaching, or formally managing junior partner development managers or account teams.
+ Strong experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams (Product, Engineering, Leg...
