Job Description
- Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Advanced, fluent proficiency in English
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in Business Development, Corporate Technical Sales, Strategic Account Management, or complex Industrial Sales. (Mandatory)
- Mandatory experience in sectors such as precision machining, contract manufacturing, component manufacturing, assembly, or industrial systems integration.
- Demonstrable solid success in opening corporate accounts and closing high-value deals with long sales cycles.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to resolve financial/operational objections.
