Location & Hybrid Work Model
Our team follows a hybrid model, requiring in-person attendance at our office located in São Paulo.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap & Governance: Define long-term growth pillars, strategic frameworks, and governance rituals to guide executive decision-making.
- Integrated Planning & Capital Allocation: Translate the long-term vision into short-term plans, ensuring OKRs and financial planning (Capex/Opex/Headcount) are aligned with the strategy.
