Job Description
We're looking for a Strategy Consultant to specialise in our M&A practice. You'll work with private equity and corporate clients on M&A strategy, commercial due diligence, and post-merger integration.
This role offers exposure to the full M&A lifecycle, from developing acquisition strategies to supporting integration execution. You'll work alongside investment professionals and senior executives on some of the most significant transactions in the market.
What You'll Do
- Lead commercial due diligence engagements for PE and corporate acquirers
- Develop M&A strategies and support target screening
- Plan and execute post-merger integration programmes
- Prepare vendor due diligence reports for sell-side clients
- Build relationships with private equity firms and investment banks
