Structural Engineer, Mining
Locations: St. Johns, NL; Brampton, Sudbury; North Bay, ON.
Salary range: $85,000 – $95,000 (actual compensation based on experience, qualifications, and location).
In this role, you will be a part of the Mining team and work from one of our offices in St. Johns, NL; Brampton; Sudbury; or North Bay, ON. You will support the design, inspection, and maintenance of mining infrastructure to ensure safety, performance, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Perform site visits to inspect and assess existing mining infrastructure.
- Analyze and design steel structures and concrete foundations per applicable codes and standards in the mining and heavy industrial sector.
- Prepare sketches and collaborate with designers to produce detailed drawings.
