Job Description
Our client is seeking an intermediate Structural Engineer to join their dynamic Buildings team in Vancouver, BC. You will report to the Construction Administration (CA) Team Lead and work closely with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform field services to ensure construction aligns with design, budget, and schedule.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, authorities, and project teams.
- Support construction-phase reviews, including constructability, cost, and scheduling.
- Manage construction administration processes and documentation from tender through project closeout.
- Coordinate and track RFIs, site instructions, change orders, shop drawings, submittals, and progress claims.
- Review structural shop drawings for compliance with design intent and building codes.
