- Well‑developed analytical and modeling skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English; Spanish preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills (mandatory)
- Python programming and VBA knowledge preferred
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts
- Interest in responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
Education
- Students matriculating in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, or a related field
- Ideally one year ahead of graduation
