Role purpose
Role focused on developing and coordinating the comprehensive strategy for acquiring and engaging Secured Credit customers to meet financial and commercial objectives. Responsible for comprehensive product design, identifying new businesses and markets, optimizing offerings, channels, and journeys to ensure competitiveness. Expert and point of contact for strategic, technological, and transformation projects for products, including financial analysis and business case development for new initiatives. Responsible for initiatives and synergies with product areas, stakeholders, and compliance departments to maximize product profitability with a comprehensive vision to achieve customer focus.
