Learning Management System Administrator
Must: end-to-end implementation and support experience on SF LMS module.
- 2-6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors – LMS
- Certified in SuccessFactors LMS and compensation management module
- Hands‑on experience in SF implementation of LMS and compensation management module
- Create and configure Excel documents to successfully import into LMS
- Upload and test courses to iContent and other content management systems
- Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with Best Practices
- Hands‑on all the data models and knowledge of XML
- System configuration in accordance with solution design & configuration workbook / business blueprint
