You will be part of the marketing team, reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager at YPM's corporate office in London, Ontario. This position entails 40 hours weekly during the summer while managing various tasks with changing priorities. You'll play a key role in supporting marketing operations through various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Post and update apartment ads on marketing websites
• Maintain tracking systems and monitor advertising databases
• Oversee ad updates across five different platforms
• Create and manage Facebook Ads and Zillow listings
• Support the development of welcome packages for residents
