Join our growing Highway Maintenance team and play a key role in the successful delivery of highway infrastructure, maintenance and construction activities along the BC Alaska Highway. This is an opportunity to establish roots in a local community, build strong relationships, and lead a diverse team of highway maintenance professionals committed to keeping our highways safe during Ledcor's 3 year maintenance contract. We're looking for a strong leader and communicator who can seamlessly integrate contractual requirements with safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
