Supervise day‑to‑day repair/overhaul operations in a high‑technology industry, during the evening shift. Motivate and energize the workforce to achieve optimal employee engagement. Manage key performance indicators: Health & Safety, quality, on‑time delivery, and productivity. Assist with budget development and hiring decisions. Supervise shift changes and participate in meetings with other managers. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in aeronautics, business administration, or engineering. Minimum 4+ years supervising employees in manufacturing contexts.
