This position focuses on leading the production team within sterile environments while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with regulations. You’ll be responsible for scheduling, coordinating processes, and implementing new products while engaging in training and quality initiatives. Ensure operational goals are met through teamwork and cross-functional communication.
