We are currently seeking a Woodland Operations Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily woodland operations. Reporting to Woodlands Superintendent. Provide onboarding and orientation, coaching, and leadership for new and existing employees. Promote and maintain a safe work environment across all work sites. Ensure compliance with all applicable forestry and environmental requirements. Scale/measure logs and assess wood quality. Track and prepare reports on productivity, health and safety, and compliance. Work efficiently with a team, share information, communicate efficiently, and provide support as needed.
