Job Title: Supervisor – Lead Hand
Employer: Southern Health‑Santé Sud – Environmental Services (Laundry/Housekeeping)
Location: Centre de Santé Notre Dame Health Centre, Notre Dame de Lourdes, Manitoba
Compensation: $23.19 per hour (annual base hours 2015)
Position Overview
Reporting to the Manager – Environmental Services, the Supervisor – Lead Hand maintains quality of laundry and linen production, upholds housekeeping routines and standards, and assists in orientation and training of housekeeping and laundry staff. The incumbent exercises independent judgment to set priorities, determine work methods and manage unusual matters while working collaboratively with the Manager and team.
Experience
