This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound schedules, managing staffing and productivity, ensuring safety compliance, and leading up to 200 employees to meet operational and customer performance goals. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong communication, scheduling, and problem‑solving skills who thrives in a high‑volume operation and is flexible to work rotating 12‑hour shifts, including afternoons, nights, and weekends.
