**Position is based in our Northwest region and may need to go onsite for meetings etc.
The Regional Referral Center (RRC) Supervisor for the non-clinical coordinator team leads daily operations to ensure timely, accurate processing of prior authorization requests. This role oversees team performance, supports staff development, and monitors quality and productivity metrics while guiding workflow and system changes. The team manages prior authorization requests, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitates communication between providers, members, and internal partners to support efficient, member focused care.
