Logistics Supervisor for CV Brasil, reporting directly to the Logistics Manager is responsible for managing warehouse and delivery operations, inventory stocking and control and packaging or labeling activities as required.

- Development of continuous project improvement and innovations, including KPI creation and monitoring.
- Lead a team to provide high-quality service to internal and external customers.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve their knowledge, skills, and performance.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to help them achieve their goals.
- Ensure team members follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and smooth operations, including RAQA requirements.
