Supervisory Attorney Adviser (Labor) (Assistant Chief Counsel to Board Member)

Summary This position is located in the office of a Board Member of the National Labor Relations Board. The Board is responsible for the adjudication of unfair labor practice cases and representation cases under the provisions of the National Labor Relations Act of 1935, as amended. The incumbent of this position serves as an expert legal counsel and normally reports through the Deputy Chief Counsel to the Board Member but may on special assignments report directly to the Chief Counsel or Board Member.
