Summary This position resides in a Field Office of the National Labor Relations Board. The incumbent serves as the Resident Officer in a major metropolitan center within a Region, with the responsibility for the processing of unfair labor practice and representation cases arising within the assigned geographic area, including investigation, analysis, informal disposition, settlement negotiation, compliance, and other formal and informal case processing.
