Summary This position resides in a Field Office of the National Labor Relations Board. The incumbent serves as the Resident Officer in a major metropolitan center within a Region, with the responsibility for the processing of unfair labor practice and representation cases arising within the assigned geographic area, including investigation, analysis, informal disposition, settlement negotiation, compliance, and other formal and informal case processing. Responsibilities As a Supervisory General Attorney (Labor) (Resident Officer), GS-0905-15, your typical work assignments may include: Assigning cases to Field Attorneys and Field Examiners for investigation and analysis, taking into consideration the complexity of the case priority handling required, workload of the group, and related factors and is responsible for ensuring that cases are processed expeditiously, that quality standards are uniformly maintained, and time targets are met.
