Responsibilities Shares responsibility with the Service Division Chief for the coordination and integration of various policy issues, technical guidance, and program activities. Develops a 5-year Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) budget for sites assigned for use in program management development. Ensures the coordination of the inspection and repair schedules with Inventory Management, Distribution, the Military Service Control Points (SCPs), and the DLA Energy Regional Commands. Researches and applies a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to identify, analyze, and improve branch and program effectiveness, efficiency, and work products. Provides advice and expertise to DLA Energy Senior Leadership regarding the execution of their SRM functional responsibilities.
