Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to suppliers on how to use Ivalua and Ariba applications effectively.
- Assist with supplier onboarding and registration.
- Handle inquiries related to e-sourcing, e-procurement, and contract management.
- Support suppliers with purchase order and invoice troubleshooting.
- Resolve issues related to login, password resets, and system navigation.
- Guide suppliers through the bidding and auction processes.
- Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions to improve supplier self-service.
- Collaborate with the IT department to resolve technical issues and improve system functionalities.
- Collect and analyze helpdesk statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
