Department Overview
Leads general supply assurance processes for North America, Mexico EMS. Plays key leadership role globally leading the Global Supply Assurance process creation, architecting and cadence adherence to the process. Establishes processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction with adherence to quality and best possible delivery. Interfaces with multiple internal customers / external suppliers in order to provide the best possible solutions / delivery in order to support MSI’s customers. Supports all efforts to reduce the number of shortages with lead time reduction, buffer stock strategy, contractual agreements. End to End experience in materials management is a large advantage to this role as they need to interface / influence up and down the supply chain internally and externally.
