As a Supply Chain Coordinator, key responsibilities and job duties include:
Coordinating all facets of the supply chain process with the various supply chain stakeholders; Timely and accurate entry, maintenance and monitoring of Origin Bookings and Shipments in ERP system; Timely and accurate entry, maintenance and control of Real Time Notifications (RTNs) according to the procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the customers. Collecting, following up, checking and processing (electronic) documents from vendors, carriers of the customers; Creating and issuing invoices to suppliers as well to customers; Daily follow-up and execution of export shipments out of the EMEA region that are allocated through our clients Network agencies.
