Company with operations in the US and Buenos Aires, is looking for a Supply Chain Forwarding Executive. We are hiring a bachelor’s in Foreign Trade with at least two years of experience in freight forwarding (mandatory requirement) .
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Organize the shipment of goods
- Coordinate all transport’s modes
- Manage customs clearance procedures, transport forms, and insurance documentation
- Track and communicate shipment status with customers in real-time
- Ensure shipments are delivered on time
- Handle regular and unexpected issues, including discrepancies, delayed arrivals and customs release
- Project planning and execution
- In charge of customer service for current and potential businesses
