Position Title: Supply Planner
Reports to Title: Operation Master Planner
Dept / Function: Supply Planning
Location: El Salto, Jalisco
**Summary**:
Responsible for coordinating Spicy business unit operation (production planning, logistics, quality assurance, shipping).
Creates master production schedule for Spicy Business unit 5 weeks horizon.
Coordinates raw and packaging materials and bulks.
For purchasing, coordinates all replenishment of raw and packaging materials to be used in production in El Salto.
The back-up of this position is Operation Planner for Chocolate/ Drink /GMA.
**Responsibilities**:
- Creation Master Production Schedule and purchasing plans based on MRP in SAP.
Develop inventory management strategies with suppliers
