Production Operations
Operate coating line machinery and associated equipment as per SOPs and work instructions.Set up coating parameters such as line speed, coating thickness, temperature, tension, and curing conditions.Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.Ensure smooth operation during start-up, running, product changeover, and shutdown activities.Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.Quality Control
Conduct routine inspections and quality checks of coated products.Measure coating thickness, adhesion, surface finish, and other specified parameters.Identify defects and initiate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Maintain product traceability and production records.Equipment Maintenance
