Position Summary The role involves providing exceptional remote‑based support for mission‑critical SAP applications as part of a global customer support team. Responsibilities include researching, troubleshooting, and supporting multiple SAP modules in 4.x and ECC environments. Responsibilities Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of SAP application functionality and technology.
