Support Specialist (Technical Support)

The Support Specialist is a high-level technical expert to serve as a Tier-1 contact for our automotive partners. They will be the primary technical expert for troubleshooting our automotive battery testing and diagnostic equipment.
Responsibilities- The Specialist will initiate and provide ownership of support cases and follow through until the case has been resolved, closed, or reassigned to another individual or department.
- This position requires an individual that has a problem-solving mindset, solid electro-mechanical skill set, and the ability to navigate across departmental lines, using all available resources to solve issues.
