Elevate your surveying career with DOF Canada as a Survey Party Chief. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage survey operations while collaborating with onshore and offshore teams.
As a key member of DOF's survey team, you'll supervise and manage equipment mobilisation and coordinate project procedures. Your role will include ensuring quality control of data and effectively liaising with project managers and clients. This position offers a dynamic work environment with expected rotations of 4 to 6 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and test survey equipment before project initiation
• Manage survey equipment mobilisation on the vessel
• Ensure quality control of logged data throughout the project
• Develop project procedures and prepare project documentation
• Communicate daily with the Project Manager
Requirements:
• Hydrographic Survey or Geomatics degree preferred
