About Our Client
Our client is a global Employer of Record (EOR) company. An Employer of Record is a third‑party organisation that serves as the legal employer of a worker on behalf of a client company. The EOR takes on the formal employment relationship — signing the employment contract, running payroll, withholding taxes, administering statutory benefits, and ensuring compliance with local labour law — while the worker performs their day‑to‑day role for the client. This arrangement allows businesses to hire talent in countries where they have no legal entity of their own, without the time and cost of incorporating locally.
The hiring entity is our client’s Swiss subsidiary, incorporated in Zug and licensed under the Federal Act on Employment Services and the Leasing of Services (AVG).
