Job Description
Primary escalation contact for local PSG IT Service Issues / Requests- Partner with site business leaders including XLT/SLT to maximise corporate shared services to deliver best in class service for the local PSG site(s)- Champion innovation by maximising the global IT community of practice to drive technology efficiencies.
- Establish and adhere to objectives, budgets, schedules, and work plans as the need arises by the local site(s) and PSG Organization- Prioritize and manage local technology projects and responsibilities to meet business objectives.
- Support regulatory and audit compliance for IT systems by coordinating with local and global Quality and Technology groups.
- Interpret business needs and translate them into support services.
- Adapt to constantly evolving business needs and recommend scalable technology solutions.
