Job Description
The System Monitoring Technician (ME) is responsible for ensuring the continuous availability and performance of the organization's IT systems and infrastructure. By using advanced monitoring tools, the technician detects and responds to system alerts, network issues, and hardware/software failures, escalating problems as needed to ensure fast resolution and minimal downtime.
Reporting / Position
ME reports to the Operations Manager, himself attached to the Production Manager as part of his activity.
Interactions
• ME interacts with all Build teams for the installation of products
• ME interacts with Delivery Project Managers as part of delivery projects
• ME interacts with Client Support as part of operational analysis and problem resolution
