Position Summary
Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, the Systems Analyst ensures the secure, stable, and reliable operation of APEGA’s business applications. This role provides production support, release coordination, and technical partnership with internal teams and vendors to resolve incidents, deliver improvements, and enable staff and member-facing services.
Responsibilities
- Provide production support and documentation for APEGA’s business applications, including Aptify, Sitefinity, SQL Server, and Formatta, to ensure they are stable, reliable, secure, and meeting organizational needs.
