What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented individual who values work‑life balance and thrives in a team‑oriented culture. You will serve as a Systems Specialist in our Employee Benefits & Group Retirement Division.

Position Summary

You will support and guide the Employee Benefits team through onboarding, training, and ensure consistency and accuracy when completing transactions. You will keep employees current with procedures and best practices by providing ongoing training and refreshers, and conduct auditing reports to ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities

Team Development

  • Provide onboarding, support and training for Client Service Representatives, Analysts and Client Coordinators as needed
  • Deliver ongoing refresher training for existing employees
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all corporate and employee issues
