The role involves providing customer support through inbound calls and emails, ensuring quality service, and maintaining the brand's professional image. Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Diploma, fluent English proficiency, and at least 6 months of experience in customer support. A basic salary of RM 3,300 is offered for Malaysians, with additional bonuses. The working hours are from 9a.m. to 6p.m., 5 days a week.
