What You’ll Do
- Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and refine candidate profiles in collaboration with clients.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future positions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS.
- Set up and conduct interviews with candidates for all positions.
- Follow up throughout the full life cycle of the candidate.
- Set up interviews with clients and request feedback when needed.
